we loved staying at the plaza hotel in sorento.everything was just superb.our room was very nice. everything brand new and very clean.breakfast was wonderful. avery large variety of excelent food.fresh juice.very good cakes.the hotel is close to everything.

Excellent location, ideally placed for restaurants, train/bus station. Very helpful and friendlystaff especially Raffael. All have balcony getting sun in the morning,roof terrace with pool useful. Very good breakfast.Seems new. Clean, efficient.Overall an excellent base for Sorrento and trips along the Amalfi coast as well as Pompei.

Coffee at breakfast poor.Pool area was not ready at easter -presumably they don't think it hot enough at that time, even though it was! However, staff immediately sorted out sun loungers etc when we asked.

The very comfortable beds, designer bathrooms and comfortable bar

The lack of a proper cafe with snacks. The cafe there was really only a bar. There was no reduction for single occupancy even though I pointed out I was being charged for two breakfasts. However the hotel did make a small reduction for me.

The location was superb - the heart of Sorrento and acces to port for Capri. Great base to explore the rest of Amalfi coast. Also on-site parking.

The cleaning staff were very noisy and we were woken every morning from 7.30 onwards with sounds of dragging furniture, mops and buckets - not relaxing. The bar closed at 11pm -this was unusual for a 4* hotel as was the fact that they had no eating facility apart from brekfast. The roof top pool was inaccessible yet there was no mention of this.

The staff were very helpful - it is in a position near the plaza but for the money no view or balcony is sad, breakfast was fine with many choices for various cultures and the hotel presents extremely well. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Great location, very glose to town plaza and all other amenities. The staff were very helpfull and the hotel was up to the standard that it portrays.

Hotel is very nice, clean, exellent location. Breakfast is everage, however, its services are ecellent. Staffs are friendly and hel[ful.

It is worth for the money. I cannot find anything to complain.

The hotel was perfectly located, very clean and comfortable,great balcony view at front and no noise problems.

Some of the staff could be a little cheerier and the pool could be a little bigger.

This hotel has an excellent location. It is easily accessible to the Tasso Piazza, (the main piazza), the extensive shopping area, the harbor from which the tour boats depart and the train station for trips to Naples and Pompei. All are within an easy walking distance. But without a doubt what I found most valued was the staff. Friendly, courteous and very willing to assist you with your needs.

The hotel is perfectly situated just off the main square of Sorrento. It is a beautiful hotel with a lovely bar and a fabulous rooftop bar with an infinity pool which has great views over the town to the coast and Mount Vesuvius. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, I couldn't say a bad word about it. It was immaculate. Well worth the money for the quality of the hotel and it's superb location. We stayed in a room with a sea view balcony which was a great place to sit and watch the world go by. It is a great location to explore from too, the train station is only a few minutes walk away which takes you to Naples and Pompeii and the harbour is about a 10 minute walk down hill for boats to Capri and the coast.

Modern well located hotel with helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts

Location in centre of Sorrento excellent, 1 minute from main square. Reception staff excellent - recommended and reserved restaurants, booked train tickets, friendly and professional at all times. Decor of hotel is modern with clean lines, lovely bar to front of building and small swimming pool with sun chairs on the roof. Breakfast very good, no waiting time.
